Technical
document management system (SAMA)
Archiving and fast accessibility to the document is
the most important. Along with technology era and
wide spreading the computer and scanners, documents
converted in to the electronical files and are saved
into the data bank. The ability of the software paves
the way of searching, accessing and updating of the
documents in the easiest way.
The first step of implementation of the technical
document management system is document classification.
Then the second step, indexes are prepared
These
indexes include:

General information (unit, work group, file No….)
- Special information (document title, document No.
equipment No. manufacturer, provider)
- Summary of the document content
- Key words (thesaurus)
After preparing the indexes, the documents are scanned
and stored (if it is needed they are filtered &
cleaned) in the data bank. After completing the databank
SAMA software will bring the maximum facilities to
the users.
