Monitoring System (CM)
One of the maintenance strategies, which is used in
reciprocating and rotary equipments and have been
focused in these days, is the way of determining of
the damages from its early remarks, which is called
condition monitoring (CM).
One
of the features of this way is that you can find out
the kind of impending damages and its place in the
equipment with the help of some remarks such as vibration,
changing in temperature, inspecting oil condition,…without
opening or either stopping it. Then the damage is
determined before it is resulted in obligatory stopping
of equipment and it is removed through proper programming
and enough opportunities. Among all the remarks, which
are appeared during a happening damage, vibration
is the main and due to this reason vibrometering is
used more than the other different ways in CM.
